We are Alfa Connections
A decade of Microsoft FastTrack delivery.
10 years as a Microsoft FastTrack Ready Partner.
2016 – 2026
FastTrack shaped us.
What comes next is better.
Microsoft has retired the FastTrack Ready Partner designation in FY2027. For Alfa Connections, this marks an evolution — from a program-certified partner into an independent cloud-adoption practice built on a decade of real delivery.
★ The program ends. Our capability doesn’t.
FastTrack was never the product — expert guidance and accelerated adoption were. That is still exactly what we deliver, with or without the badge.
Our FastTrack Journey
A legacy built on thousands of successful deployments
Since 2016, Alfa Connections has been one of a select group of global partners trusted by Microsoft to deliver the FastTrack benefit directly to enterprise customers.
Designated FastTrack Ready Partner
Alfa Connections earned Microsoft FastTrack Ready Partner status — one of a limited number of global partners authorised to deliver the FastTrack benefit directly to eligible customers. Fewer than 100 partners held this designation in Southeast Asia at inception.
Hundreds of Microsoft 365 migrations led
Across Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider APAC region, our certified engineers guided organisations through Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive deployments — meeting FastTrack's rigorous proof-of-execution standards on every engagement.
Security and Copilot readiness
As Microsoft expanded FastTrack to cover security workloads and AI readiness, Alfa Connections extended its capability accordingly — adding Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and M365 Copilot deployment to our delivery repertoire.
Recognised under the Microsoft Commercial Incentives programme
Alfa Connections expanded its Microsoft partnership to include Commercial Incentives (MCI) engagements — Copilot Deployment Accelerators, Security Immersion Briefings, and Agent Solution Deployments — delivering funded technical engagements for enterprise customers.
Microsoft retires FastTrack · Alfa evolves
Microsoft has discontinued the FastTrack Ready Partner designation as it reshapes its partner-incentive model. For us, this is not a loss — it is the graduation. A decade of FastTrack delivery produced the practice, the methods, and the talent that now operate completely independently of any programme label.
The Evolution
More capability. More freedom. No ceiling.
FastTrack was a structured programme with defined scope and seat thresholds. Our practice today is not constrained by any programme’s limits.
No seat minimums
FastTrack required 150+ seats to qualify. Our engagements start wherever your organisation is — 25 seats or 2,500.
Engagements on your timeline
No programme cycles, no quarterly-funding windows. We plan and deliver on the schedule that suits your business — not Microsoft's fiscal year.
Full workload coverage
From M365 and Copilot to Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview — we cover the entire Microsoft Security and Modern Work stack, not just what the programme funded.
Regional delivery from Singapore
Our Singapore base supports organisations across APAC. The same team that delivered FastTrack engagements now operates independently — with deeper regional context and zero programme overhead.
Paid advisory — not subsidised guidance
FastTrack was free to customers because Microsoft funded it. Our engagements are properly scoped, commercially contracted, and built around your specific environment — not a standardised benefit.
Expanded with AI and security
Alfas's practice now spans Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, MCI-funded Security Immersion Briefings, and AI-driven Security Operations — capabilities that FastTrack never covered.
For Our Clients
What This Means For You
If you have worked with us under FastTrack, nothing material changes in how we support you. Here is what you can expect.
The same engineers
The certified professionals who delivered your FastTrack engagements remain on our team and remain available to you.
Continued Microsoft alignment
Alfa Connections remains an active Microsoft Solutions Partner. Our access to Microsoft programmes, engineering support, and licensing continues unchanged.
Funded pathways still exist
Microsoft's Commercial Incentives (MCI) programme funds eligible engagements including Copilot Deployment and Security Immersion Briefings — ask us about your eligibility.
A broader practice, not a narrower one
Without FastTrack's scope constraints, we can now design engagements that cover exactly what your environment needs — and nothing it doesn't.
We built our practice inside FastTrack's framework because the framework was excellent. We leave it because we've outgrown the container — not the values it stood for.
Let's plan your next Microsoft milestone — without the constraints.
